TitanX has a proprietary scoring algorithm that tells you who your reps should be calling based on the contacts propensity to be reached via the phone increasing connect rates to 25% on average.
Not all contact data is created equal. We've noticed from working with every data vendor that they all have quality and coverage gaps. So, instead of relying on one data vendor as a single source of truth, TitanX has built a custom data process that aggregates data from 6 different, vetted data vendors giving you the full holistic view of your contacts. This ensures that you have the most and best phone data on every contact which will increase your likelihood of reaching your contacts by the phone.
We are not a data vendor, we are a data processor. Meaning, you can bring your contact data from your preferred source and/or use our custom data enrichment process so that you can get the most out of TitanX.
We live between where you get your data and where you like to action/call that data. While there are slight modifications to your process, we are not replacing or changing your existing tech stack. We have an API that enables you to send data to and from our platform as well as a fully embedded SFDC integration.
We are not a list building service, however we will be rolling out the ability to self-serve build your lists inside of the TitanX platform.
Parallel dialing will certainly increase your amount of conversations, however there are inherent flaws in multi-line parallel dialing that hurt the performance of sales reps compared to calling on TitanX scored data. Namely, multi-line dialing disables the ability for your reps to know who is about to pick up the phone which hurts your performance on calls, there is a pause after a prospect answers due to "patch through" that lowers prospect receptivity, and your total list reach is usually half that of what it can be due to spam likely phone numbers and prospect disconnects.
We currently support scoring phone data in North America and EMEA. However, EMEA scoring is only available to Team and Titan plan users.
We are a phone-first software and only score propensity for phone data.
TitanX tends to have two impacts on sales reps and teams. 1) On average, reps can have 10 conversations with prospects an hour, fully optimized on the TitanX platform. 2) Because of this impact, we are seeing one sales rep producing the output of three to four sales reps without TitanX.
As part of our enablement support, we work with all Team and Titan plan users to reverse engineer credit consumption rates. On average, we see each rep using 1,000 credits per month.
Our platform allows you to pay for any credit overage as you go or you can add more monthly credits at a discounted rate.
